Viewing Insurance Company Profile Reports Options

Reports options are viewable in the insurance company profile and are used to manage workfile report options. Report options include:

• Create EOR/SOR Report
• Create Unrelated Prior Damage Report
• Send Unrelated Prior Damage Report with every EOR/SOR
• • Create Related Prior Damage Report
  • Send Related Prior Damage Report with every EOR/SOR
  • Create Claim Summary Report
  • Send Claim Summary Report when Inspected
  • Send Claim Summary Report when Settled

To view report options

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Reports link located in the left panel.
